Can I move pin labels without moving pin locations...I have locations where the labels overlap?

Labels cannot be moved. They are attached to the pin.
When you have a crowded map pins and labels will eventually overlap each other.
A suggestion is to created more maps based on regions so you don't have an overcrowded map.
