Is it possible to modify the file you uploaded in the bulk-add? It's easier to minupulate the spreadsheet than it is to go pin-by-pin and edit one.at.a.time.
My other thought was to just delete the map, and start over with a new map and new bulk-add after I';ve edited my spreadsheet. But I would lose some editing I've already done...

Yes, you can edit your data file, but you would need to upload it again.
Another way is to each map point entry on the user's dashboard.
Click the "Dashboard" link located on the top menu and then click the "Map Points" link from the left menu of the user's dashboard.
You can make change basic information on that page.
