We tested it and did not find the issue you're reporting.
Use the contact form on our web site and provide your username, the map and map point in question.
Also tell us what icon did you originally have and which icon was used to replaced it.
Try to edit the map point to a zoom level that is closer to the map. A zoom level of 16 is a good normally pretty good.
You should not be using a zoom level too far because the icon will look out of position, because the size of the icon is proportionally too large for the area it covers. The close to the map (higher number for zoom level) the more accurate it gets.
