When I print my map showing the pins, can I also have the pin name print (i.e. Parma, Italy, Avon, NY)

Unfortunately that's not possible. You cannot have a tag for each individual pin open at the same time. It would make the map look very crowded and if you have hundreds of pins it would not be readable at all.
