Thank you for your question.
You can outline any map boundaries using the drawing tools.
Specifically the Polylines tools. The Polyline tool will allow you to create the boundaries that you want.
Having said that, in a future update of the system we will offer a tool to draw zip code and county
boundaries just by searching for them.
That's probably the tool that you're looking for. Again, this will come in the first semester of 2017.
